Get Your Color On!!

I love color!!! Though I rarely wear much color. Most of my wardrobe is black. If I have any color it's usually in the form of an accessory, like a stack of bracelets, shoes, or scarf. Seeing this lovely lady on Flickr makes me want to run out and buy a candy colored wardrobe and start having some more fun!!! She definitely has fun with her clothes. A lot of her looks veer towards a anime raver super hero...but I just love the whimsy that she represents. So I've realized I have this slight obsession/longing for the perfect white t-shirt and jeans. There is just something so alluring, fresh, and sexy about a white t-shirt that fits just right and has that soft worn in look and feel. And then paired with worn denim and soft hair, just soo sexy and classic.

Channeling Luna Lovegood

I love the mix that Luna Lovegood's character displays with her clothes. It's fun and whimsical, with pattern mixes and neat colors and oddball accessories. And the actress seems to be on the more eccentric side of style in her real life as well.

I will certainly be channeling a bit of Luna when I hit the opening of Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince this coming Tuesday night.
